Taking out the most important portion of the above scripture, let me reiterate.

Before mentioning the above, John clearly said that such doctrines are produced by FALSE PROPHETS.

What does it mean by “COME IN THE FLESH”?

In simple terms, GOD, THE SON, Came in Human Form(Flesh) from a Form that was Not at all Human. This process is termed INCARNATION. He took the Human Form and Came in. In the narration of Christmas, every Christian is Celebrating the entry of God into Humanity. It is not like celebrating the Birthday of some important person.

Paul the Apostle, summarises the Incarnation and the Ministry of Jesus in his epistle to the Philippians.

⁶ Who, BEING IN THE FORM OF GOD, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: ⁷ But made himself of no reputation, and TOOK UPON HIM THE FORM OF A SERVANT, and was MADE IN THE LIKENESS OF MEN: ⁸ And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name: ¹⁰ That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; ¹¹ And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Most of the questions by Muslims with regards to Christ are arising out of their evil satanic nature to blaspheme God the Son. They somehow want to elevate their False Prophet above Jesus Christ the Incarnate God. Therefore, the evil spirit causes them to blaspheme. That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

John 5:23

John explicitly says that The LIAR who has the Spirit of AntiChrist Denies the Son. (1 John 2:22-23)

22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
